As part of its international expansion, Swedish software company Palette opens a US office. The company has been active in the US market for some years already but is now increasing its investments.
Chicago, October 11th 2016 – Palette Software is a leading provider of solutions that cover the entire process from purchase to payment. A few years ago, the company started an international expansion aiming to establish in a new market every year. Now, Palette is opening an office in Chicago in order to take a greater share of the North American market where the company already has many customers and sees great potential.
“We already have a couple of co-workers on site in the United States as well as an established partner network, but now we will expand the workforce to strengthen our position in the US and Canada”, said Lars Ola Petters, CEO of Palette. Our partner network will continue to be important to us and the new office will enable us to provide better local support for both existing and new partners.
US team grows from three to ten employees
Palette has currently three employees in the US and will now make a number of new recruits. Within a year the company expects the US organization to consist of around ten employees. Palette already has about 40 customers in North America, in sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, life sciences and professional services.
“We see the same needs in North America as in Europe. Companies simply want to achieve greater control and automation of the entire purchase to payment process”, said Bernt Olausson, Country Manager US at Palette. We have a very good product that is timely as increasingly more organizations are demanding integrated solutions for the web, mobile, and cloud. The US office creates completely new opportunities to expand our partner network, build a local presence and gain market shares.
